REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURY GROUP
Anyone with a repetitive strain injury (RSI) such as tendonitis or carpal tunnel
from work, hobby or sport injury, is welcome to attend a free self-help group.
Each meeting features a presentation from a health professional, and oportunities to share strategies for preventing and recovering from tendonitis, carpal tunnel, and other repetitive injuries.
Second Monday of each month
6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Group discussion/share strategies to prevent and recover.
7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Speaker, Q & A

Dana Davis, MA, will demonstrate the healthy, pain-free posture of people in less industrialized nations. She will teach you the secrets to pain-free sitting and include some Balanced stretches as well.
